Keepromo sells products through Promotional Products Distributors only. We do not deal with end users or retailers.

Distributors who register/create an account will have access to distributors’ only features and information such as Virtual Spec Samples, Artwork Upload, Order Status information, Order Catalogues and much more. The tools we create to help our distributors reach their customers are not available to the public so we keep them on the Distributor side of our site.

All our products are manufactured in China. We have direct and closest relationship with the factories.

Yes. We can also customize products for you directly from China. Minimum order quantity applies. Please contact your nearest reseller for any products you may be interested in.

Our catalogue and website only shows a sampling of the products we can source and develop for you. We have unsurpassed sourcing ability. Please contact our customer service by phone or email to begin the custom order process.

Limited 3 copies of free catalogues per client are available, freight charge applies. Additional copies are available for a cost of $2.00 per copy plus freight.

We make every effort to ensure the products on our stock page are in stock and ready for decoration. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, our stock of a certain product may be depleted. When this occurs, we will contact you with a revised ship date. If this revision does not meet your needs, we will do our best to offer you a comparable product as an alternative to the one you ordered.

Minimum order quantities vary by products. Please refer to individual product detail page.

Our products will be packed as per the packaging detail in the product page. For some products require additional packing please contact our customer service via live chat or speak to us by calling +86 21 6432 0801.

Unfortunately we do not accept the order quantity less than our minimum order quantity.

You can place an order on the website, over the phone with our customer service at +86 21 6432 0801, or you can email orders into service@keepromo.com, and we will email you an order acknowledgement and virtual proof.

Once an order is placed, our art department will email you an official virtual proof with your logo on the item(s) that you ordered. The virtual sample will be supplied within 1 working day once you have provided all necessary information.

Yes, we can send you a sample of the actual item you are looking to purchase on our website. Most stock products samples are available blank on substitute color, you will also receive a color swatch when you choose a specific color.
For your convenience, some samples will be billed at the lowest quote price and shipped to you with applicable shipping charge. You can also choose your own courier to ship the sample.
Stock samples can be ordered online or by email or fax, some are free of charge, freight charge applies. The samples may be supplied in random colors. We do not supply samples for all stock products, please contact us or check online for the available samples.
Samples will not be accepted for return.

Pre-production samples for orders fewer than 2500 units will be charged at $200 including freight, production time will start after all approvals.

Since your order is processed as soon as it is places, we are unable to allow any changes or corrections. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Yes, you can cancel the order. However, we will charge $100 plus all costs incurred if you cancelled the order once the production has been started.

No. You may upload images online at no cost once you become our registered user.

For best quality, please create your file in vector format (AI, EPS, and PDF) with PMS number. Please convert your fonts to curves in CorelDraw and outlines in Adobe Illustrator.
Artwork that requires re-drawing may result in an extra charge. You will be notified for approval prior to the work being undertaken.
Please note the 5MB file size maximum for uploading graphic.

Yes, we provide PMS color-matching unless otherwise stated. If PMS color-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available color will be selected.

You sure can. Please email the art to service@keepromo.com and reference your purchase order number. If we do not receive artwork when an order is placed, our customer service team always follows up to see if we can help with art creation or in retrieving the art file.

Yes we do. Once you have placed an order, the art remains in our art library. This will make re-ordering much faster and easier for you.

The price per item is determined by the item, number of colors in the artwork and the quantity.

We accept bank transfer, please refer to your invoice for our bank details. Online credit card payment will be available soon.

All accounts are pre-paid.
Stock orders & sample orders: The payment must be paid IN FULL once the order is confirmed. Proof of payment must be supplied by the client in the form of a deposit notice or similar.
Indent order: The 30% of full amount must be paid before the production starts. The 70% must be paid prior to dispatch.

Yes, the delivery cost will be added on your invoice value and you can also choose to use your own courier to ship your order.

Production time starts after all approvals. Shipping time varies on the products and shipping methods (Air / Sea / Express). Normally you will receive your stock order within 2 weeks by express. Please refer to individual product detail pages.
